Grant Master Labs TC PNPM
We are pleased to announce the implementation of the two-semester Master Lab “Transformative Cha(lle)nges in Public and Nonprofit Management (TC PNPM)”, which will start in the summer semester 2025.
This interdisciplinary program is aimed at students of the Master of Science in Business Administration - Public and Nonprofit Management who are interested in research and offers them the opportunity to identify and systematically work on transformative challenges in these areas.
Funding in the amount of 15,440.97 euros was raised for the implementation of the Master Lab. The majority of these funds will directly benefit the students by financing the implementation of courses, participation in the AOM conference and the development of teaching materials.
The Master Lab builds on a proven teaching concept that has been successfully implemented since 2019. Students are not only trained in content and methodology, but also acquire key skills such as presentation techniques, academic writing and teamwork. A highlight of the program is participation in the Academy of Management (AOM) conference in Copenhagen in July 2025, where students will analyze and discuss current transformation challenges. These will then be deepened through systematic literature analyses.
The chairs of JProf. Dr. Marlene Walk and Prof. Dr. Iris Saliterer will jointly supervise the program and ensure that the students are optimally prepared for their Master's theses.
