Dr. Hana Fehrenbach

Dr. Hana Fehrenbach is a Margarete von Wrangell postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Public and Nonprofit Management, Faculty of Business, Economics and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Freiburg since December 2023. She completed her doctorate at the Faculty of Cultural, Social and Educational Sciences at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin as an Elsa Neumann Fellow of the State of Berlin. Hana obtained her Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Queen's University in Canada.

Hana is interested in change and inertia. Her postdoctoral project focuses on cross-border transnational partnerships in the context of artificial intelligence. Hana's dissertation on transnational strategic alliances in pluralistic organizations has been published in the book series Organizational Sociology of the German Sociological Association (DGS). She uses qualitative methods and mixed methods in the social sciences for her research.
