The Master Lab Transformative Cha(lle)nges in Public and Nonprofit Management (TC-PNPM) offers you the unique opportunity to explore transformative topics in management research on a global scale. Over two semesters, you will dive deep into current societal challenges and interact with an international academic community - including participation in the prestigious Academy of Management (AOM) conference in Copenhagen! |
In the first seminar of the Master Lab in the summer semester 2025, you will deal with the latest developments in public and nonprofit management research, identify transformative challenges and develop relevant research questions.
In the second seminar in the winter semester 2025/26, you will deepen your knowledge and methodological skills by producing evidence-based literature analyses that will help you develop an interdisciplinary research agenda.
The Master Lab not only develops your scientific skills, but also optimally prepares you for your Master's thesis - with practical application of methods, intensive teamwork and the opportunity to make valuable international contacts. - For Master's students interested in research in business administration
- Two-semester format for in-depth research experience (summer semester 2025 & winter semester 2025/26)
